RETURNS POLICY 


We are happy to accept returns for full price items with proof of purchase which are unworn, undamaged and have all original tags attached. You are welcome to return these orders in exchange for another item or an online store credit note which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on 'Flash sale' or 'Final sale' items. 

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt with all their original tags attached. We will only accept returns in their original, undamaged, unworn condition. Please understand that we may not be able to return, exchange or provide credit for any items returned to us damaged or soiled. When returning an item to our store the customer bares the charges for returning the package to us.

For exchanges within New Zealand
We are happy to send a new item (of your choosing) out to you free of charge. However, we ask that you bare all charges for postage on any further exchanges. 

For all International Exchanges 
We will send a new item (of your choosing) out to you at the cost of international shipping for your location. We ask that you bare all charges for returning items to the Miss Crabb store, for postage of the new (exchanged) item to your location and any additional duty costs. We will dispatch an exchanged item as soon as the payment for new international shipping is paid in full. . All exchanges and returns will need to be delivered using track and trace with signature required upon delivery. Please email the tracking number to us at store@misscrabb.com. We are unable to be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
  3. If you are exchanging an item, your new order will be processed and posted to you once your initial item has been received by us.

  4. Once the exchange has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent out with the new information provided.

For Faulty Garments and Refunds
In the unfortunate occurrence of a faulty garment we will do everything we can to replace or repair the item! However, if this is just not possible we will issue you with an online store credit note or refund for the original amount. We will need to assess the item, so please return it to us at the store. We are sure you will take upmost care with your purchases but please understand that we can not repair, exchange or refund items that have been damaged due to fair wear and tear. Also, we are unable to refund initial postage charges for returned items or any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product. We will process your refund within five working days and notify you by email when payment has been made. For further information regarding when this money will be refunded onto the card used when purchasing, it will be best to contact your bank directly.

We will do everything to make this process as easy and smooth for you as possible! 

 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

 

Miss Crabb insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any delivered goods, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Domestic Orders
Miss Crabb uses Courier Post for all New Zealand orders. We dispatch on the next business day following payment or sooner when possible. All sales are made in New Zealand dollars and include GST. For domestic orders allow 2-3 business days.

International Orders
For all international orders Miss Crabb ships with DHL. All international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please be aware that our shipping costs do not account for any extra fees charged on arrival.

These fees are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

We dispatch orders on the next business day following payment or sooner when possible. All sales are made in New Zealand dollars and include GST. For international orders please allow at least 3-7 business days for delivery.
Miss Crabb can ship to the following destinations - Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands New Zealand, Poland, Portugual, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, and USA. Sale Conditions
Returns may be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or credit note. Original docket and exchange is required for returns. Credit notes issued as compensation for returns will be valid for 6 months. Credit notes issued as result of a faulty garment will be valid for 12 months. All garments must be returned in (perfect) saleable condition. 'Flash sale' or 'Final sale' items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for more information on Miss Crabb returns policies.

Please note store credit is non transferable.

Prices shown on misscrabb.com are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in NZD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Please note, that while we do our best to depict the colour of each product as accurately as possible, there may be colour variation depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Layby

We are pleased to offer a 4 week Layby. Please take note of the date your Layby is due.  We do ask that you pay a minimum 20% deposit, if you are unable to complete the Layby this deposit will be retained. You are most welcome to phone us at the store to make payments via credit. 

Stock availability 

We do our up most to keep our stock levels accurate, however there may be times when an item sells out dangerously fast! If you happen to purchase something online which is unavailable we will contact you to solve this as quickly as possible.

Garment Care
All pieces by Miss Crabb are made in NZ by top crafts people and manufacturers. Each piece has gone through at least 5 pairs of hand and/or processes. Miss Crabb uses mostly natural fibres such as silk, cotton and wool which will often get better with age and a little extra care. Please adhere to the garment care instructions on the labels when caring for your very special pieces and use your common sense.

Privacy Policy
Miss Crabb respects your right to privacy. Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third-parties. Any and all information collected by Miss Crabb is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Once you create an account with us, you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters and correspondences. To request to have your name removed from these correspondences, please click on the link attached to all emails sent out.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones. Changes may take the form of a completely new Privacy Policy. We will tell you about any changes we make by posting an updated Privacy Policy on our website. Any change will apply as from the date such policy is posted.
