We are looking for a new Production Manager here at Miss Crabb. This special person will join our small workroom team to manage all areas of our garment production & maintain our reputation for excellent, high quality, locally produced clothing.
The successful applicant must be efficient, highly organised with excellent attention to detail. They must also have strong communication skills & the ability to work to tight deadlines.
This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a small, supportive, creative team & provides the chance to work closely with all team members & contribute meaningfully to all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing Production of all garments for each collection from start to finish
Ensure all stock is processed, quality checked, pressed & tagged ready for sale
Managing workroom interns
Managing customer alteration requests
Sourcing & ordering fabric, notions, trim & thread
Support workroom team with design, sampling & special order garment production
Running all production errands
Warehouse inventory control, analysis and reporting to all areas of the team
Previous clothes production experience is preferred & a drivers licence is essential.
